You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. By placing your order you have represented to Arlington Wine & Liquor that you are at least 21. All wines delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age.
Our trucks make free deliveries in the Poughkeepsie area (within 5 miles) for orders over $250. Orders under $250 are subject to a delivery fee. Deliveries in NY State are free for orders over $250 (before tax total).
We offer 4 shipping options:
- Ground Service - approximately 2-5 business days in transit
- 3 day Select - 3 business days in transit
- 2nd Day Air - 2 business days in transit
- Next Day Air - 1 business day in transit
- Local Delivery (Poughkeepsie area)
An email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order, while a second email will confirm your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there is any problem with your order. Please note that your shipping costs are estimated. Actual costs will be confirmed with you when your order is placed. Any additional shipping costs resulting from an inaccurate address, failure of an adult to be present to sign for your package during the three UPS delivery attempts, or other customer error will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

We cannot ship to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, North Dakota, New Hampshire, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, West Virginia. Please note, we will only accept returns or replace damaged merchandise if you notify us within 30 days of the receipt of your order. Our order department can be reached by phone at 1-866-729-9463 or by e-mail at email@example.com.
We make every effort to ensure that our products reach our customers correctly and in good condition. If you ever wish to return all or part of an order or receive an incorrect, physically damaged, or otherwise flawed item, seal any remaining contents within the bottle(s) and contact us immediately. We cannot replace or accept returns of empty bottles. We will arrange for the item(s) to be shipped back to us, and, after inspection to confirm the problem, we will ship a replacement or issue you a refund, whichever is appropriate. You will not be liable for shipping charged for items that you receive damaged or in error.
