Core vodka is newest addition to quality spirits made in the Hudson Valley from Hudson Valley apples Core Vodka actually starts out as Cider, then through triple distillation, it is transformed into a 95% alcohol, then blended with filtered water, and bottled. It takes about 20 gallons of the hard cider to go in to each 750ml bottle. The result is a rare vodka with an incredible flavor profile.
