An absolutely stunning Chenin Blanc from the Loire. Chinons are known for their delicious red wines made from Cabernet Franc, however this rare white wine is, in a word, mind-blowing. Slightly off-dry on the nose, yet it picks up tremendous mineral-laden flavors on the palate, enhanced by notes of melon, grapefruit and red apple. This is a serious wine that demands attention.
