Our Shipping Information

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine. By placing your order you have represented to Arlington Wine & Liquor that you are at least 21. All deliveries must be received and signed for by an adult of legal drinking age. Deliveries will not be made without the carrier obtaining an adult's signature.

Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery in the area near our store for orders over $250. Orders under $250 are subject to a delivery fee. We will contact you to schedule delivery by the end of the business day following the placement of your order.

Shipping

Ground shipping to NY State is free for orders of qualifying items over $250 before tax. Some items are excluded from this promotion, and are indicated accordingly.

We offer 6 shipping options:

1. Ground Service:  1-6 business days in transit
2. 3 Day:  1-3 business days in transit
3. 2 Day:  1-2 business days in transit
4. 1 Day: 1 business day in transit, morning delivery
5. 1 Day, Early A.M.:  1 business day in transit, early morning delivery (upon request only, at an additional charge)

An email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order, while a second email will confirm your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there is any problem with your order. While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our website, Arlington Wine & Liquor is not responsible for typographical, pricing errors, and omissions. Thank you for your understanding.

If your shipment is returned to Arlington Wine & Liquor, by no fault of the company, the cost of the purchased item(s), if not damaged, will be refunded. The original shipping cost plus return shipping cost will be applied at the buyer’s expense.

Please note that shipping costs are estimated.  In the rare instance where the actual shipping cost differs from the estimate, we will contact you to confirm prior to processing your order.  Any additional shipping costs resulting from an inaccurate address, failure of an adult to be present to sign for your package during the three delivery attempts, or other customer error will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
