The fruit for 7 Moons Red Blend is sourced from prime vineyards in Chile, where warm days and cool nights provide the ideal ripening conditions for grapes to develop complex flavors and deep, concentrated color. The 2020 Red Blend is a dark ruby color and opens with aromas of ripe red cherries, mocha, baking spice, vanilla bean, and brown sugar. Flavors of ripe strawberries and cherry cola accompany on the palate.
This versatile wine pairs well with roasted steak or chicken, aged cheeses, and salmon.
