Producer Description
From the vineyards placed at 700 meters above sea level in the surrounding area of our cellar, located at the northeast of Jumilla, the wine obtained with the grapes of Monastrell spends 4 months in French and American oak barrels. Intense deep red cherry color. Powerful in nose, clean and complex. Very attractive fruity aromas, touches of ripe fruit and reminds of new wood. Well-balanced, soft tannins and very long finish. Pair with: Rice, pasta, (noodles, spaghetti, macaroni), vegetables, mushroom, stewed meat, sausage, pork, roast meat, red and/or white meat with sauces, grilled meat, short or medium cheeses.
