Intense ruby red in color with an intense, fruity, and complex nose offering notes of red fruit, spices and tobacco. A fresh wine with great structure and persistence on the palate.

The 2021 Tonel 46 Malbec is a light and approachable varietal red with notes of berries and flowers, moderate ripeness and 13.8% alcohol, a juicy palate and fine tannins. Half of the volume matured in barriques for 12 months, while the rest was kept in stainless steel. This is very clean and expressive, fresh and medium-bodied, easier to drink than previous vintages. It has fine tannins and a long, dry finish. Among the best vintages for this bottling.
