A very subtle rosé here with just a hint of cream and white almond to the pomegranate and peach skins. Juicy and a little more citric on the palate with fresh acidity cutting through the round mouthfeel. Dry and more restrained and neutral. Direct pressing and skin contact for just two hours. 60% syrah, 30% grenache noir and 10% mourvedre. Drink now.
