A blend of 85% Tempranillo, 15% Garnacha Tinta and Graciano, the 2011 Caceres Reserva has fresh notes of red berries on the nose enriched by a depth of vanilla and sweet spice. Clean and lively on the palate with ripe tannins that blend with balanced structure. This is a fleshy red with delicious flavors.
A perfect accompaniment to Mediterranean cuisine, grilled vegetables, paella and other rice dishes, pasta, fish in tomato sauce, ham, chorizo, pate, beef (roast, stewed or grilled) and mild or medium matured cheese.
