The Chianti Classico Riserva La Selvanella 2011 has a dark, ruby color. The complex bouquet provides strong notes of red berry fruits, wildflowers, and hints of vanilla. The flavor is full, generous, warm and savory with an elegant aftertaste. Certainly a wine that can be enjoyed immediately, but should continue to develop nicely over the next 5-7 years.
