Producer Description
Cuvaison Sauvignon Blanc shimmers with bright aromatics and lively acidity. Exotic tropical notes on the high end with plenty of melon, citrus, lime zest and gooseberry notes flesh out the flavor profile. Fermented entirely in stainless steel to preserve its fresh aromatics, our Sauvignon Blanc is also aged on its lees, which are kept in suspension by gentle stirring, to broaden the wines viscosity and sensation of depth.
