Producer Description
Forever Summer is an ode to joie de vivre. This rosé wine evokes gorgeous sunshine, a beautiful blue sky and moments of sharing. Mirabeau uses their blending experience and sources Grenache wines from a wider geographical area to produce this fresh and joyful non-appellation wine. A perfect aperitif for any occasion, but also gorgeous with all kinds of easy foods or picnics. Gentle press and free run juices, short maceration, chilled settling and temperature controlled fermentation. Vegan friendly.
An attractive pale apricot color. On the nose, bursting with notes of red fruits, raspberries and pomegranate, underpinned by a delicate hint of peppery spice. A round and fruitful taste profile, with white cherry and pomegranate, leading to a fine citrus fresh finish.
Perfect with roasted Mediterranean vegetables, grilled fish or meat and salads. A spicy tofu and shrimp ramen or slow-cooked pork taco would be a delicious aromatic pairing.
